Joe joined NewSquare Capital in January of 2025. As a Wealth Client Specialist, Joe cultivates new relationships to introduce NewSquare and the firm’s offerings to a larger audience.
Joe came to us from The Flynn Company, one of the top Philadelphia commercial real estate brokerage firms. There, he built a reputation as a very results-oriented and dedicated worker who very successfully contributed to the growth of the business. His hard work and joyful presence earned him Employee of the Year in 2024.
Joe is quickly establishing himself as a team member who with a competitive spirit and great enthusiasm embraces new challenges. His experience in business development and relationship-building skills are great assets as the firm continues to expand and grow. Joe is always looking for opportunities to learn what NewSquare clients are looking for and finding innovative ways to contribute to expanding NewSquare’s presence. Also appreciated by the team is his positive can-do attitude and sense of humor. What attracted him to NewSquare was the opportunity to be part of a team that helps clients retain and grow their savings for financially stable and successful futures.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate with a minor in Finance from The Penn State School of Business. In his free time, he volunteers to help fund and find a cure for a rare form of cancer, synovial sarcoma, in memory of his fiancé, Haley Rineer. He is also an active supporter of People for People, Inc. Joe is a passionate fan of all of Philadelphia’s great professional sports teams, especially the Phillies. When he is not in the city, you can most likely find him on his boat in Stone Harbor, fishing and crabbing.
