Ashley M. Romanoski

Ashley is the point of contact for clients, advisors, and our custodian and other vendors for all account-related issues. She executes her role with an eye for efficiency in processing and excellence in client interactions. Her days are filled with a barrage of inquiries, seemingly one more urgent than the next. That’s when her talent for prioritization and communication comes in especially handy.

As the captain of the Division II basketball team at Millersville University, Ashley learned how to focus on the goal, understand how to use the team players to get the ball in the net, communicate effectively with everyone, and build on each player’s strengths. What skills to bring to the hectic and unpredictable world of client service! She makes it look easy as she directs everyone involved towards a common goal: seamless client service that demonstrates just how much we care about our clients.

Prior to joining NewSquare in 2016, Ashley was a Portfolio Associate at Sterling Advisors in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. There, she learned the ropes of client service and account processing in the financial industry. Prior to that, Ashley held several roles that all involved direct client interactions. She takes pride in delivering excellent service and thrives on the extensive personal communications that her role requires. Always up for a challenge, she initiates and leads process improvement projects to ensure NewSquare continues to improve its service.

Ashley graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Millersville University. Outside of work, Ashley’s time is spent enjoying sports, exploring the culinary scene of the greater Philadelphia area, and spending time with her extensive family, wherever in the country they may be.
