Courtney E. Horgan
Courtney joined the NewSquare team in September 2025 as an Operations and Marketing Associate. In this role, she plays a key support role for operations, compliance, marketing, and project management.
Courtney came to us from Vanguard, where she served as a Client Relationship Associate. In interactions with 40+ clients a day, she built relationships with them to instill confidence in their investment decisions, deepened her investment expertise, and developed great skills in communicating complex investment topics. She was also collaborating with colleagues on important process improvement projects.
When joining NewSquare, Courtney was quickly recognized as a team member with initiative, a quest for learning, and a collaborative mindset. She likes a variety of tasks and is resourceful. The team appreciates her easy-going personality, attention to detail, and ability to pivot quickly in our fast-paced environment.
Courtney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh, where she majored in Marketing and Supply Chain Management and has a minor in Digital Media. She holds Series 7, SIE, Series 63, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt certificates.
In her free time, she loves traveling in search of beaches and warm weather, hunting down the best coffee in town, and spending time with her large family.
