Christy L. Hart

Christy leads the operational and client relations functions for NewSquare in order to facilitate the firm’s growth and meet the needs of its clients. She oversees the day-to-day operations, monitors performance to uncover unmet needs, and replaces short-term fixes with quality processes. She is a key contributor to strategic initiatives and leads the client relationship team.

Looking back on her successful 17+ years in financial services, Christy says she has tackled the numerous challenges she has faced the same way: with persistence, passion, a solid dose of humor, and great problem-solving skills. Collaborative by nature, she thrives on partnering with firm leadership and her team to streamline operations and design and implement improved business processes. She listens intently to feedback from clients and seeks innovative ways of addressing issues to ensure advisors and clients get the service they deserve.

Prior to joining NewSquare in 2016, Christy was a Client Experience Consultant at CREATIVE Financial Group. She worked with businesses and high-net-worth clients to build and sustain strong client relationships. She led efforts to better meet clients’ needs and improve firmwide operations.

Christy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from West Chester University. She lives her busy life in West Chester, Pennsylvania with her husband John and children Delaney, Brayden, and Tyson.
